About Us

The Audiology Department provides comprehensive diagnostic hearing assessment, within 3 weeks of referral, for all adults. (Referrals accepted from GP or other health care practioner provided referral protocol is adhered to.  Click here to view document, also available on Choose and Book)

The department provides high specification digital hearing aids, free of charge, for anyone who requires them.

After fitting of hearing aids, the department has a self-referral open access support and advice service and appointments are available 8am to 6pm. Additional clinics are also provided in Whiston Health Care Resource Centre, again by appointment only.
