St Helens & Knowsley Hospital NHS Trust processes data about individuals in order to provide a healthcare service. Processing includes collecting, storing, accessing, amending and destroying data.

We take data protection, security and confidentiality of your data very seriously and are committed to taking appropriate measures to ensure it is held securely and only accessed by those with a need to know.

The framework we use to manage data protection, security and confidentiality is called Information Governance.

What is Information Governance?
