St Helens and Knowsley Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust provides a full range of acute and intermediate healthcare services across our sites at St Helens, Whiston and Newton hospitals, including inpatient, outpatient, intermediate care, maternity and emergency services. The Mersey Regional Burns and Plastic Surgery Unit is also located at Whiston Hospital, providing treatment for over 4 million people across the North West, North Wales and the Isle of Man.

Our valued workforce of over 7,000 staff are dedicated to providing you with the best possible care. Our staff are guided by the Trust's vision to provide '5 star patient care', striving to meet the best standards of professional care whilst being sensitive and responsive to the needs of individual patients.

Patients are eligible for free NHS treatment at St Helens and Knowsley Teaching hospitals NHS Trust if they are: Ordinarily resident in the UK or: Overseas visitors, but entitled to free NHS services under the National Health Service (Charges to Overseas Visitors) Regulations
