Our staff have rated the Trust as the best place to work and receive treatment in the NHS, in the national NHS Staff Survey.
The Trust has also been recognised, for the third year running, as being the top acute Trust in the entire country for staff engagement, staff motivation, and pride in the quality of care they provide to patients.
Ann Marr, Chief Executive said: "We work extremely hard to provide a happy and healthy environment for all our staff, and this directly benefits patients. We know that engaged staff provide the best care, and the views of staff are a great indicator for the quality of care provided to our patients.
Every day our staff make a difference to people's lives and it is important that we provide the best possible workplace for them to deliver care."
The Trust rated best nationally in a whole host of areas, including;
- overall staff engagement
- as a place to work
- a place to receive treatment
